The Ebell Club is a unique wedding venue. We have three beautiful rooms in which to host your event. Our beautiful indoor courtyard creates an outdoor feel, our parlor boasts a romantic fireplace, and our grand hall is an elegant setting for your dining. Use all the rooms to move your party throughout and create suspense for your guests as the party moves from room to room.
The Ebell Club easily hosts both ceremonies and receptions under one roof. We can accommodate up to 200 guests for buffet meals, and up to 158 for a plated meal.
We book our events in five hour blocks for reception only. If you have both ceremony and reception on site, you will have the venue for five and a half hours. Link to “ceremonies” We must end our events at 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9:00 PM on Sundays and other weekdays.

Whether a grand affair or an intimate gathering, each wedding reception package includes: -A one-hour planning meeting with the Event Director to design your floor plans and create a wedding timeline -Private use of the venue -Tables to furnish all three rooms and white folding chairs -Floor-length linens and linen napkins (white, Ivory, Chocolate, or Black) -Your selection of tray-passed hors d’oeuvres -Wedding cake (Choice of flavors and design) -Your selection of buffet of plated meal -Dinner china and service ware -Your event set-up and breakdown
Event Breakdown -All rental items must be removed at the end of your event. Vendors must vacate the premises one hour after the event end time.
Event Coordinator The Ebell Club requires a professional, licensed and insured event coordinator at your event. Should you not have your own coordinator, The Ebell Club offers in-house Day-of- Coordination services at amazing rates.
Event Parking As our building was built in a time where parking was not even a thought, we have no on-site parking. Parking is an additional fee. We do require that you use our designated shuttle service and off-site parking lot.
Your guests will park arrive at the nearby parking lot. They will be greeted and advised where to park. Once parked, they will proceed to the canopied shuttle stop to get on the shuttle van. The shuttle van will drive them the 3 to 5 minute ride to The Ebell Club. A greeter at the venue aids lost guests and also helps with loading. The shuttle vans run continuously during your event until the last guest is gone.
Shuttle service and parking fees are dependent on the number of guests. Prices range from $860 to $995 for the services. The Ebell Club staff will be happy to give you a quote.
