Reserving The Ebell club comes with lots of hand-holding by the service-oriented staff. We also offer value-priced in-house extras, such as day-of coordination, specialty lighting, linens, and decorative enhancements.
The Ebell Club is truly full service, providing wedding planning, ceremony creation and event management. Booking one of our staff coordinators will bring you tremendous peace of mind. In addition to your one-hour planning meeting with the event planner to design your floor plans and create a wedding timeline, you will have a detailed planning meeting with your day-of-coordinator. She will help you with your ceremony creation and run your rehearsal for you. Your coordinator will also work with you on any design elements or items you may need placed out for your event. Bring your programs, party favors, décor, etc to your rehearsal and leave them with your coordinator and she will have them placed out for your event as well as packaged up with any gifts for you at the end of the evening. She will coordinator your vendors and timeline to run a smooth event.
